Burro Bueno
Canchias, Honduras
The ministry of Burro Bueno has gorwn out of the passion of Glenn and Jeannette Ferrell for the people of Honduras and the cloud forrest village of Canchias. The passion for the poeple of Canchias is also shared by their 3 children – Isaac, Arielle, and Levi. Glenn and Jeanette’s journey with Honduras began over 20 years ago when they first traveled to the country, and it has since become a central part of their lives and their family’s story.
Glenn and Jeanette make it a priority to travel to Honduras at least a couple of times a year, immersing themselves in the culture, building relationships with the locals, and working on various projects to help improve the lives of the people there. Their love for the country and their vision for what God can do there seems to expand every day.

Isaac, Arielle, and Levi have grown up hearing stories about Honduras and seeing the passion and dedication of their parents. They have also had the opportunity to visit the country and experience its beauty and culture firsthand, instilling in them a deep appreciation for the country and its people.
Levi, the youngest of the Ferrell siblings, made his first trip to Honduras at the age of 9. Since then, he has eagerly joined his parents on their journeys. His passion for Honduras is palpable, and he has become an integral part of Burro Bueno Coffee’s mission to make a difference in the country.

As the Ferrell children have grown, so too has their love for Honduras. The trio travels back with their parents as often as they can, eager to continue the work that has become a central part of their family’s life. Their dedication and enthusiasm are a tangible testament to the values instilled in them by their parents.
As a family, the Ferrells are committed to making a difference in Honduras and using Burro Bueno Coffee as a platform to do so. Through their coffee business, they are not only providing a delicious and high-quality product to their customers but also supporting the communities in Honduras that they have come to love. The Ferrell family’s story is one of inspiration and hope, showing that with love, dedication, and a shared vision, anything is possible.
